I write this letter in recommendation of David Fenelon as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with David on the extension of our house in May 2015. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr. Fenelon was a consummate professional. When he came to the site to look at the project he was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project.

Our project involved groundworks, foundations, timber frame and roofing construction and tiling installation. Our job was done with care and precision and to the best standard possible.

In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray and were very punctual and met all promised dates.

There was no wastage of materials and the timeframe stated during the original meeting was met on target which was a huge relief.
